CLIENT INFORMATION FORMS 

In order for us to do your bookings we need you to fill out our client intake form.  But before doing so, please read this important information.

 HOW WE ARE COMPENSATED:

Free Booking of Hotels and Cruises:  We provide our expertise, connections, research, time and effort to help you select and book a hotel or cruise without charging a fee because when we make your bookings, we will receive compensation from the hotel or cruise line.  The room and cruise rates we get you are the same as you would get directly - you will not pay more when you use us.   But unless we make the booking, we will not be compensated for our services to you. Our clients respect this and only ask us to assist if they will have us make the bookings.

Custom Trip Planning:  If you want to plan a future vacation but need assistance with the where, when and type of trip, we would love to provide our planning services.  This service will involve consultations, research, developing, presenting and revising a customized iinerary ideal for you.  Becuase this service goes well beyond the help we provide without charge for an ordinary hotel or cruise booking, we will quote our modest Trip Planning Fee.

We will hold your information completely confidential and will only use it to make bookings for you.
